The hotel was very fresh. The staff were excellent.
Nothing was unsatisfactory about this hotel.
The hotel was nice, and conveniently located near dining, and the mall. There is also a state park nearby with a river. Family fun.

I loved everything.
This hotel was nicer than the 5 star hotel we booked in Mobile downtown on the bay. I was reluctant to book at a Holiday Inn but was so glad I did. All of the staff was smiling and greeted us every time we encountered them. The breakfast was far above any continental we have ever had. Very comfortable bed and very up-scale decor and furnishings.
Sofa cushions in room were very hard.
